8U FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS @ NEW MARKET CIVITAN PARK

The first 8U Friday Night Lights Tournament is scheduled for March 13, 2026, at New Market Civitan Park located on Walker Mill Road in Sophia. The tournament starts at 6:00pm with a six-team bracket, each team is guaranteed two pool play games. The two top seeded teams after pool play will meet in a third game for the Championship! Pool Play games will have a 1:15 minute hour time limit and the Championship Game will have a 1:30 minute time limit.

Cost for this event will be $175

Gates will open at New Market at 4:45pm.

Admission for this event is as follows:

Adults $12 Seniors (62+) $10 Kids (7-12) $10 Children (0-6) FREE

There are three (3) batting cages at New Market Civitan Park which can be used on a first come first serve basis.

New Market will operate a concession stand with a full menu including hot dogs, fries, nachos, candy, sodas, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.

This is event is CASH ONLY for admission and concessions. We are unable to accept credit cards, checks, or other digital forms of payment at this time.

There are NO PETS ALLOWED inside the gates at New Market Civitan Park.

THE PYHSICAL OR VERBAL ABUSE OF TOURNAMENT OFFICIALS OR UMPIRES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE EJECTION OF THE VIOLATOR AND THEIR RESPECTIVE TEAMS HEAD COACH.
